This Terms and Conditions document governs the use of Nature's Gold Online Service (the Service) including shopping and participation in promotions run by Nature's Gold.

Content:  Nature's Gold may present information and content, including but not limited to, articles, opinions, text, statistics, data, product information, software applications, commentary, advertisements, graphics, photographs, illustrations, calendars, design, reviews, video and audio files, programs and code, in addition to User Generated Content that is owned or licensed by the Company.  The services may also include materials, applications and information owned by third parties and made available through the Services by virtue of a license, grant or some other form of agreement between the third party and Nature's Gold.

Nature's Gold is not responsible for inaccurate information provided through the Services and makes no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of Content, including without limitation the availability or effectiveness of any product.  Nature's Gold does not assume any liability for any loss that may result from the reliance by any person upon any Content provided on through the Services.

Products displayed on the site shopping areas can be purchased using Secure Pay, a secure online transaction facility, or PayPal.  Customers can be confident that all their details are protected by the latest security systems and are used only for their transaction.

In order to complete a purchase you will be asked to either register as a member of Nature's Gold or as a guest.  By registering you are eligible to receive promotions and newsletters.

By submitting your order, you will be bound by Nature's Gold Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time.

We will do our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days.  Delivery times will depend on how the goods are dispatched and whether they are ordinary post or express.  We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.

Amendments to orders can be made direct to Nature's Gold either by phoning on 1300 309 128 or email info@naturesgold.global before the order has been dispatched.  Once the order has been dispatched, changes to the order will be dealt with at the time.

Orders must be paid in full before being dispatched.

Competitions:  By participating in any competition organised by Nature's Gold you agree that your entry will be treated as User Generated Content for purposes of these Terms of Use and that you will not be entitled to additional compensation for such participation or entry unless expressly set forth in the applicable Competition rules.  You agree to release and hold harmless the Nature's Gold parties from all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost and expense whatsoever which may occur in connection with, participating in any Competition, preparing any Competition entry, accepting any prize in connection therewith, and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy related thereto.  The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend any Competition for any reason.   By participating in a competition, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information by Nature's Gold and its affiliates and acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Company's Security Policy.
