Pear and Rocket Salad with candied Walnuts

Ingredients:
A few handfuls of Rocket
1 pear sliced
1 wheel of Brie or Camembert Cheese Sliced into wedges
½ Cup Walnuts Chopped
1 Tbsp Butter
A few teaspoons of Manuka Honey MGO 30
Sticky Balsamic Glaze to drizzle over
Serve with crackers

Method:
1.  Arrange the rocket on a platter.  Place on top the sliced pear and wedges of cheese.
2.  In a small saucepan add the nuts, butter and honey and stir until the mixture is bubbling and the nuts are well coated.
3.  Pour the candied nuts over the salad and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
