Ingredients (Makes 20 balls)
2 Cups Desiccated Coconut (and a little extra to coat)
3/4 Cup Almond Meal
2 Tbsp Nature's Gold MGO 30 Manuka Honey
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Zest & Juice of 1 lemon
Method:
1. Place all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly until combined.
2. Take a spoonful of mixture, and roll into balls. Roll the balls into the extra Coconut.
3. Chill in the fridge until firm.
