Ingredients:
¼ cup peanut butter ( smooth or crunchy your choice)
2 Tbsp Manuka Honey with Chilli
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Rice wine vinegar
2 tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice (or lime if you prefer)
1 tsp ginger fresh – finely chopped/minced
2 tsp garlic fresh chopped/minced
2 spring onions finely chopped
A sprinkle of chilli flakes or 1 chilli finely chopped if you prefer a bit more heat.
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a shaker and shake until it is well combined.
Perfect to use as a dipping sauce or pour over your favourite salad ingredients.
