Ingredients
2 ripe bananas mashed
120 g Greek yoghurt
100 g peanut butter
1 Tbsp Manuka honey
300 g dark chocolate
Method:
- In a bowl add the yoghurt, honey and mashed banana
- Place spoonful’s of the mixture into silicone heart shaped molds.
- Freeze until solid
- Melt the chocolate, remove each heart from the mold and cover in chocolate. Place back into the fridge to set.
